Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Our usual order processing time is 1 day, followed by approximately 3–4 days in transit depending on your delivery PIN code. We do not ship on Sundays. Delivery dates are estimates.

COD is available. COD orders are shipped after the phone number and delivery address are verified. We may contact you to confirm your details.

Contact us within 1 day of delivery. An unboxing video is required for a damaged or incorrect item replacement request. Keep the packaging and share your order number and the issue with contact@kidsclap.in.

We do not accept returns for personal preference, size or quality expectations. Please check the dimensions, selected variant and product details before ordering. Contact us if you need help choosing.

Select your preferred pack and, where available, the shape or style on the product page. Check the selected option and price before adding it to your cart. Pack size describes the contents of one pack; the quantity control changes how many packs you order.
